[Nigeria Health Watch] Last week, Nigeria’s Supreme Court delivered a judgement granting financial autonomy to Local Government Areas (LGAs) in a suit filed by the Honourable Attorney-General of the Federation and Minister of Justice, Lateef Fagbemi.
