Kenya: Health Ministry Blames Funding Gaps for Delayed Social Health Authority Rollout

[Capital FM] Nairobi — The Ministry of Health has attributed the delayed operationalization of the Social Health Authority (SHA) to funding shortfalls, with only 4 million out of 18 million registered contributors actively financing the Social Health Insurance Fund (SHIF).
