[MSF] The Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) supported South Hospital in El Fasher, Sudan, has received hundreds of casualties since an escalation of fighting on 10 May. Dr Prince Djuma Safari, our deputy medical coordinator in El Fasher, describes the dire situation on the ground.
