Christel Schaldemose, lead candidate for the Danish Social Democrats, says citizens are concerned about geopolitical and environmental issues
An opinion poll by Voxmeter in late May found that the Social Democrats are ahead with around 20%.
The Liberal Alliance followed with 15%.
