Uganda: Museveni Needs Health Tests – Ssemujju

[Nile Post] Ssemujju Nganda, has urged Parliament to subject President Yoweri Museveni to regular mental and physical health assessments, citing the constitutional requirement that the president be both mentally and physically fit to hold office.
